When you join, you'll immediately realize this isn't a typical primary care office. Forget about the frustrations you’ve experienced before. You now have a trusted provider ready to care for you.
You will have longer face-to-face time, better communication, and low wait times. Furthermore, you can text or call Tony with any questions. Our focus is on keeping you healthy and informed!

Numerous reports show better care and cost savings throughout the United States. An actuarial study found that our type of practice led to fewer specialist referrals, hospital admissions, and ER visits.
We’ve also partnered with resources that may save you additional money if you pay cash rather than submitting to insurance. For example, we offer on-site labs and partner with local providers and imaging centers for dramatically lower cash-based pricing. However, if you still want to submit to your insurance company, you are welcome to do so. We can discuss and offer options that help you to make the right decision based on your situation.

Our practice leverages a secure telemedicine app that allows us to be available after hours, especially for urgent concerns. This dedicated tool enables us to securely text, video chat, and send pictures in real time. If we determine that you need to visit the office, we have same-day or next-day appointments available.
-
It’s easy to schedule a visit via secure messaging or by calling our office. We also offer a virtual visit as an alternative for a quick checkup or if you’re sick at home and would prefer not to come in. As a member of our practice, there are never additional charges or copays to see your provider!

You never know what the future holds for your health, so we recommend becoming a member to manage any health issues proactively. If you're still deciding whether a membership is right for you, please contact our office. We'll discuss your unique situation and guide you through your decision, ensuring you receive the personalized care you deserve.

Some on-site labs are included, depending on your chosen membership. We also partner with local companies that provide members with discounts for cash payments. However, you are welcome to submit to your insurance company if you'd like.

If you need to go to the hospital, please call to discuss it with us anytime. We can help you decide whether it's something we can take care of or if the emergency room is necessary. As your provider, Tony wants to be involved in your hospital care—whether to speak to the emergency room provider or the in-patient providers to assist in your care. We are also happy to keep in touch with your family during your stay and help arrange your care after you return home.

Our practice welcomes all patients, no matter what kind of health plan you have or do not have. Our practice is an excellent option for members with high-deductible plans. If you need to go outside the office—for labs, blood work, or specialists—you can use your health plan like you usually would, or we can connect you with community partners that offer cash-based discounts.

We recommend that you continue to have some type of health plan coverage. If you are looking for a cost-effective way to obtain catastrophic care (childbirth, surgery, accidents, etc.), we recommend you enroll in a healthshare. This new type of health plan is affordable, provides excellent service, and helps alleviate any emergency medical bills. Here are two options to consider: Zion Healthshare or Medi-Share Complete. Alternatively, you may choose to select a high-deductible plan with your employer and obtain primary care services with Progressive Healthcare DPC.

With Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance providers, you are limited to in-network primary care providers and could wait weeks or months for an appointment. Our practice does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or any insurance provider. Instead, patients pay membership fees to partner directly with us and enjoy the many advantages of DPC. Medicare or Medicaid patients pay the DPC membership fees, and your personal coverage remains in place for everything else: specialists, testing performed outside our office, and hospitalizations. Medicare may also cover prescribed lab services, as these are performed by independent lab affiliates. Tony can still refer, write prescriptions, and act as your primary care provider.

Some patients utilize their health savings (HSAs), flexible spending (FSAs), or health reimbursement accounts (HRAs) to pay our fees as “qualified medical expenses.” Legal experts have recommended that these patients follow the best practice of paying annually or semi-annually. If requested, we can provide you with an invoice or submit a notice to your employer if any questions arise about our programs. Please note that we cannot offer tax or legal advice, and you should consult your tax advisor for guidance.

My service contract is for one year. If you are unhappy with the services OR, for any reason, wish to cancel your contract, you may do so with a 90-day notice. Any services already performed (e.g., preventive exams) will be itemized for payment. Refunds will be granted after the service items are paid. All contracts are automatically renewed unless we receive a 90-day notice not to renew.
